Progaia can provide IT staffing based on standard recruitment but also in a short-term contract construction.

In consultation with the client we first create a profile of the desired candidate.  After setting up the profile Progaia starts the search for a suitable candidate.

Standard recruitment
If you choose staffing based on standard recruitment then the selected and approved candidate will be directly employed by you on the cost off a fixed recruitment fee.

Short term contract
When choosing a short-term contract construction the selected and approved candidate will be employed by Progaia. The client hires the candidate during a pre-agreed period. After this period the client is free to employ the candidate. This construction is often used for junior candidates but can also be used for medior and senior candidates.
