To achieve successful integration of applications, we start with an inventory of the specific client situation. Because of the uniqueness of each organisation there is no single recipe. Every solution will require customization.

After the inventory is done we determine in agreement with the client which applications are eligible for integration. It is important that future needs are included in this process step.

This all will be embodied in a vision document, which forms the basis for choices to be made. Technological choices will be addressed later.
